12 month warranty!
We offer a 12-month warranty free of charge on all our phones, tablets and watches. The warranty starts to apply from the day of purchase or when you have received the item. The exception to this warranty are accessories and consumables such as batteries that have a 6-month warranty. In order for batteries to be deemed to be in need of replacement during the first 6 months, the battery's measurable percentage fulfillment must be below 80%.
The buyer is responsible for familiarizing himself with the product's warranty conditions before putting the product into use.
Faults that arise during the warranty period must be considered original. Should it turn out that a fault with the phone is due to damage caused by the customer, the warranty does not apply. The warranty covers defects that were present at the time of sale and thus not defects that are attributable to any external impact, e.g. moisture, drop or impact damage.
The warranty includes:
- Free examination of the damage
- Fast handling after receiving the product
- Free replacement of an equivalent product if for some reason we cannot fix the fault
As our products are carefully checked, you can safely buy a mobile phone, tablet or smartwatch from us at the price of a used one but with the same functionality as a new one.
You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal in case you change your mind and want to return your product.
