If you regret your purchase and return the product within 14 days, it takes about 1-4 working days for us to process your order after we have received it. After this we will make a refund back to you.

We have a 12-month warranty on all our phones, tablets and smartwatches and 14-day open purchase.

Our warranty covers all technical faults such as camera, microphone, display, etc. Faults that occur during the warranty period must be considered original. If the fault turns out to be due to damage caused by the customer such as moisture, drops or impact damage, the warranty does not apply.

Your old subscription will be automatically canceled on the day your number is transferred to Vimla.

If you have a notice period on the subscription, it starts on the day of the move and the subscription only ends when the notice period is over, which means that you may have to pay for two subscriptions at the same time.
