Warranty with reNewed

We offer a 12-month warranty free of charge on all our mobile phones, tablets and watches. The warranty starts to apply from the day of purchase or when you have received the item. The exception to this warranty are accessories and consumables such as batteries that have a 6-month warranty. In order for batteries to be deemed to be in need of replacement during the first 6 months, the battery's measurable percentage fulfillment must be below 80%.

The buyer is responsible for familiarizing himself with the product's warranty conditions before putting the product into use.

Faults that arise during the warranty period must be considered original. Should it turn out that a fault with the product is due to damage caused by the customer, the warranty does not apply. The warranty covers defects that were present at the time of sale and thus not defects that are attributable to any external impact, e.g. moisture, drop or impact damage. If the product has been damaged or has external damage that was not present at the time of sale, the warranty ceases to apply. 

The warranty includes:

• Free examination of the damage
• Fast handling after receiving the product
• Free exchange for an equivalent product if for some reason we cannot fix the fault

As our products are carefully checked, you can safely buy a mobile phone, tablet or smartwatch from us at the price of a used one but with the same functionality as a new one.

You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you change your mind and want to return your product. You may have to pay a depreciation deduction if you examined the item more than necessary and the item can no longer be sold in the condition in which you purchased the product.

In cases that are not covered by the guarantee, an examination cost of SEK 350 is added.
