Start by filling out the sales form available via a link on our website. Through this form you will receive an initial price estimate for your phone. In addition to this, you will also receive a shipping note intended for sending your phone to us. Please note that you need to print the delivery note yourself, however reNewed is responsible for the actual shipping costs. Please pack your phone carefully and note that no phone accessories should be included.

It usually takes 1-3 business days to ship your phone. Once your phone has arrived with us and has been reviewed, payment for the phone will be made within 1-4 business days. Provided the phone is in the condition specified on the sales form, payment will be directly transferred to the bank account you provided. In cases where the phone does not correspond to the condition described in the form, we will contact you to discuss a possible revised price.

You as a customer have the right to choose between accepting the revised price or requesting that we send the phone back to you free of charge. The price estimate you receive is valid for a period of two weeks from the time you completely filled out the sales form.

If you have completed the sales form but then choose not to proceed with the sale, you can simply keep your phone and refrain from sending it to us. If you have already shipped the phone, you can cancel the sale at any time before it reaches the payment process. To do so, please contact our customer service before the phone has progressed to the payment stage. We will then send the device back to you.

If you have several phones that you want to sell to us, you must create a new case for each phone. You therefore need to complete the questionnaire for each unit that you wish to sell. The phones then need to be packed in separate packages partly because of the handling of the sale and because there are restrictions on how many batteries can be in each package. It is very important that you match the correct waybill with the correct phone so that we can handle the matter correctly. reNewed always covers the shipping costs.

When you send the phone to us, it is important that the package is packed properly so that the phone is not damaged during shipping. You can use a cardboard box or a padded envelope, make sure the package is well sealed. Then use the shipping note that you received from us to send in the phone.

The delivery of the package takes between 1-3 working days to reach us. Once we have received the package with your phone, our technicians will examine it within 1-3 working days. If the condition of the phone matches the description you have provided in the sales form, we will proceed with the payment. The amount will appear in your account within 2-3 working days. In total, it can take between 4-10 business days for the money to be visible in your account.

The price estimate you receive after you have completed our sales form is an initial assessment. When your phone reaches us, it undergoes an inspection to verify that its condition matches the information you provided on the form. If the condition of the phone matches the description in the sales form, we will transfer the amount offered according to the original price estimate.

In situations where the actual condition of the phone differs from that stated in the form, the price will be adjusted accordingly. We will contact you via email and inform you of the revised price. If you agree to the new price, we will proceed with payment accordingly. If you do not accept the adjusted price, your phone will be returned to you at no charge.

Please note that the initial price estimate is valid for two weeks from the time you filled out the sales form. With this in mind, we ask that you submit your phone to us within this time frame.

We evaluate the value of different phone models and assess the potential repair costs. If the repair costs exceed the value of the phone or if the phone is so old that future updates cannot be carried out, we will not carry out a purchase. A prerequisite for us to consider a purchase is that the product has a second-hand value.

The price offered is calculated taking into account potential repairs that may be necessary for your phone. This calculation takes into account spare parts costs and repair complexity. Additional factors that affect the price include the phone's model, memory capacity and appearance. These aspects taken together help us determine the price we can offer you.

"Find My iPhone" is an important security feature that binds an iPhone to a specific Apple ID. This means that if this feature is enabled, no one, including our technicians, will be able to access the phone. In order for us to process a purchase of your phone, you must deactivate this function in advance. This step is necessary to continue with the process.

For Android phones, you must turn off Google Lock, which works in the same way as "Find my iPhone".

Yes, it is recommended that you erase all data from your phone before sending it to us. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings on your phone.
2. Select General.
3. Scroll down and select Reset.
4. Select Erase all content and settings.

Please note that this action will remove all data from your phone. Therefore, it is wise to backup all important data before performing this step.

iPhone: You can create an iCloud backup by going to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.

If you don't manage to wipe your phone before sending it to us, don't worry. We perform a full reset on each unit as soon as we receive it. In this way, it is guaranteed that none of your personal data will remain on the phone.
