What is reNewed's return policy?

We have an open purchase with a 30-day right of return. This assumes that the product is in the same condition as when it was sent from us. Email us at kontakt@renewed.se and we will send you a return shipping slip.

How long does a refund take?

If you cancel your purchase and return the product within 30 days, it will take approximately 1-4 days for us to process your order after we have received it. After this, we will issue a refund back to you via the same payment method you used to place the order.
