What is reNewed's return policy?

We have an open purchase with a 14-day right of return. This assumes that the product is in the same condition as when it was sent from us. Email us at kontakt@renewed.se and we will send you a return shipping slip.

How long does a refund take?

If you regret your purchase and return the product within 14 days, it takes about 1-4 days for us to process your order after we have received it. After this, we will make a refund back to you via the same means of payment that you used when placing the order.
