When you sell your Apple Watch to us, we appreciate it if you send the original box, charger and other accessories that come with it. However, this is not a requirement, the watch itself is enough for us to complete the purchase. Start by filling out the sales form available via a link on our website. Through this form you will receive an initial price estimate for your Apple Watch. In addition to this, you will also receive a shipping label intended for sending your smartwatch to us. Please note that you will need to print the shipping label yourself, however, reNewed will be responsible for the actual shipping costs. Please pack your Apple Watch carefully. Usually, the transport of your watch takes 1-3 business days. Once your Apple Watch has arrived at our office and has been inspected, payment for the watch will be made within 1-4 business days. Provided that the smartwatch is in the condition specified in the sales form, the payment will be directly transferred to the bank account you provided. In cases where the watch does not correspond to the condition described in the form, we will contact you to discuss a possible revised price. You as the customer have the right to choose between accepting the revised price or requesting that we return the device to you at no cost. The price estimate you receive is valid for a period of two weeks from the date you fully complete the sales form.
If you have completed the sales form but then choose not to proceed with the sale, you can simply keep your Apple Watch and refrain from sending it to us. If you have already sent the watch, you can cancel the sale at any time before it reaches the payment process. To do so, please contact our customer service before the smartwatch has progressed to the payment stage. We will then send the device back to you.
When you send your Apple Watch to us, it is important that the package is packed properly so that the watch is not damaged during shipping. You can use a cardboard box or a padded envelope, make sure the packaging is well sealed. Then use the shipping label that you received from us to send the watch.

If you do not accept the adjusted price, your Apple Watch will be returned to you at no cost. Please note that the initial price estimate is valid for two weeks from the time you filled out the sales form. With this in mind, we ask that you send your Apple Watch to us within this timeframe.
