When you sell your Apple Watch to us, we appreciate it if you send the original box, charger, and other accessories that come with it. However, this is not a requirement - the watch itself is enough for us to complete the purchase. However, if you have accessories left, it is a plus, both for us and for the person who will benefit from the watch in the next step.

Start by filling out the sales form available via a link on our website. Through this form you will receive an initial price estimate for your Apple Watch. In addition to this, you will also receive a shipping label intended for sending your smartwatch to us. Please note that you need to print the shipping label yourself, however, reNewed is responsible for the actual shipping costs. Please pack your Apple Watch carefully.

Typically, the shipping of your watch takes 1-3 business days. Once your Apple Watch has arrived at our location and been inspected, payment for the watch will be processed within 1-4 business days. Provided that the smartwatch is in the condition specified in the sales form, payment will be directly transferred to the bank account you provided. In cases where the watch does not correspond to the condition described in the form, we will contact you to discuss a possible revised price.

You as the customer have the right to choose between accepting the revised price or requesting that we return the device to you at no cost. The price estimate you receive is valid for a period of two weeks from the date you fully complete the sales form.

If you have completed the sales form but then choose not to proceed with the sale, you can simply keep your Apple Watch and refrain from sending it to us. If you have already sent the watch, you can cancel the sale at any time before it reaches the payment process. To do so, please contact our customer service before the smartwatch has progressed to the payment stage. We will then send the device back to you.

The delivery of the package takes between 1-3 business days to reach us. Once we have received the package with your Apple Watch, our technicians will examine it within 1-3 business days. If the condition of the watch matches the description you have provided in the sales form, we will proceed with the payment. The amount will appear in your account within 2-3 business days. In total, it may take between 4-10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

The price estimate you receive after completing our sales form is an initial assessment. When your device reaches us, it will undergo a review to verify that its condition matches the information you provided in the form. If the condition of the smartwatch matches the description in the sales form, we will transfer the amount offered according to the initial price estimate.

In situations where the actual condition of the watch differs from that stated in the form, the price will be adjusted accordingly. We will contact you via email and notify you of the revised price. If you agree to the new price, we will proceed with the payment accordingly. If you do not agree to the adjusted price, your Apple Watch will be returned to you at no cost.

Please note that the initial price estimate is valid for two weeks from the time you fill out the sales form. With this in mind, we ask that you send us your Apple Watch within this timeframe.

We evaluate the value of different phone models and assess the potential repair costs. If the repair costs exceed the value of the phone or if the phone is so old that future updates cannot be carried out, we will not carry out a purchase. A prerequisite for us to consider a purchase is that the product has a second-hand value.

"Find My Apple Watch" is an important security feature that binds an Apple Watch to a specific Apple ID. This means that if this feature is enabled, no one, including our technicians, will be able to access your device. In order for us to complete a purchase of your smartwatch, you must disable this feature in advance. This step is necessary to continue with the process.

If you are not satisfied with the initial price estimate, you have the option to decline to sell your Apple Watch to us. If we have performed an examination of your watch and find that its condition is worse than what you indicated in the sales form, we will contact you and present an updated price. It is then up to you to decide whether you want to accept this new price or if you would rather have us return your Apple Watch to you at no cost. Your choice is fully respected and we strive to ensure that you are happy with the decision.
