Of course, we always check that all devices we receive are not anti-theft.

Start by filling out the sales form available via a link on our website. Through this form you will receive an initial price estimate for your iPad. In addition to this, you will also receive a shipping label intended for sending your tablet to us. Please note that you will need to print the shipping label yourself, however, reNewed is responsible for the actual shipping costs. Please pack your tablet carefully and note that no accessories for the iPad should be included. Usually, the transport of your iPad takes 1-3 business days. Once your tablet has arrived at our office and has been inspected, payment for the device will be made within 1-4 business days. Provided that the iPad is in the condition specified in the sales form, the payment will be directly transferred to the bank account you provided. In cases where the tablet does not correspond to the condition described in the form, we will contact you to discuss a possible revised price. You as the customer have the right to choose between accepting the revised price or requesting that we return the device to you at no cost. The price estimate you receive is valid for a period of two weeks from the date you fully complete the sales form.

If you have completed the sales form but then choose not to proceed with the sale, you can simply keep your iPad and refrain from sending it to us. If you have already sent the iPad, you can cancel the sale at any time before it reaches the payment process. To do so, please contact our customer service before the tablet has progressed to the payment stage. We will then send the device back to you.

When you send your tablet to us, it is important that the package is packed properly so that the device is not damaged during shipping. You can use a cardboard box or a padded envelope, make sure the packaging is well sealed. Then use the shipping label that you received from us to send the iPad.

The delivery of the package takes between 1-3 business days to reach us. Once we have received the package with your iPad, our technicians will examine it within 1-3 business days. If the condition of the tablet matches the description you have provided in the sales form, we will proceed with the payment. The amount will appear in your account within 2-3 business days. In total, it may take between 4-10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

The price estimate you receive after completing our sales form is an initial assessment. When your iPad reaches us, it will undergo a review to verify that its condition matches the information you provided in the form. If the condition of the tablet matches the description in the sales form, we will transfer the offered amount according to the original price estimate. In situations where the actual condition of the iPad differs from that stated in the form, the price will be adjusted accordingly. We will contact you via email and notify you of the revised price. If you agree to the new price, we will proceed with the payment accordingly. If you do not accept the adjusted price, your iPad will be returned to you at no cost. Please note that the initial price estimate is valid for two weeks from the time you filled out the sales form. With this in mind, we ask that you send your iPad to us within this timeframe.

We evaluate the value of different iPad models and assess the potential repair costs. If the repair costs exceed the value of the iPad or if the tablet is so old that future updates cannot be implemented, we will not make a purchase. A prerequisite for us to consider a purchase is that the product has a resale value.

"Find My iPad" is an important security feature that ties an iPad to a specific Apple ID. This means that if this feature is enabled, no one, including our technicians, will be able to access your tablet. In order for us to complete a purchase of your iPad, you must disable this feature in advance. This step is necessary to continue with the process.

Yes, it is recommended that you erase all data from your iPad before sending it to us. To do this, follow these steps: Go to Settings on your iPad. Select General. Scroll down and select Reset. Select Erase All Content and Settings. Please note that this action will delete all data from your iPad. Therefore, it is wise to back up all important data before performing this step. iPhone: You can create an iCloud backup by going to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup. If you are unable to erase your iPad before sending it to us, don't worry. We perform a full reset of each device as soon as we receive it. This ensures that none of your personal data will be left behind.

If you are not satisfied with the initial price estimate, you have the option to refrain from selling your iPad to us. If we have carried out an examination of your tablet and find that its condition is worse than that which you indicated in the sales form, we will contact you and present an updated price. It is then up to you to decide whether you wish to accept this new price or if you would rather have us send your iPad back to you at no cost. Your choice is fully respected and we strive to ensure that you are happy with the decision.
