Pack the phone carefully and send it to us (without accessories). Once we have received and checked the phone, the money will be paid out within 1–4 business days. If the phone does not match the description, we will contact you with a new price proposal. You can then choose to accept it or have the phone returned free of charge. The price estimate is valid for two weeks from the time the form is filled out.

Yes. If you haven't sent the phone, just don't. If you have already sent it, you can cancel the sale as long as we haven't initiated payment. In that case, contact us and we will send the phone back free of charge.

If you have multiple phones that you want to sell to us, you will need to create a new case for each phone. You will therefore need to fill out the questionnaire for each device that you wish to sell. The phones will then need to be packed in separate packages, partly due to the processing of the sale and because there are restrictions on how many batteries can be per package. It is very important that you match the correct shipping label with the correct phone so that we can handle the case correctly. We always cover the shipping costs.

When you send your phone to us, it is important that the package is packed properly so that the phone is not damaged during shipping. You can use a cardboard box or a padded envelope, make sure the packaging is well sealed. Then use the shipping label that you received from us to send the phone in.

The delivery of the package takes between 1-3 working days to reach us. Once we have received the package with your phone, our technicians will examine it within 1-3 working days. If the condition of the phone matches the description you have provided in the sales form, we will proceed with the payment. The amount will appear in your account within 2-3 working days. In total, it can take between 4-10 business days for the money to be visible in your account.

The price estimate you receive after completing our sales form is an initial assessment. When your phone reaches us, it will undergo a review to verify that its condition matches the information you provided in the form. If the phone's condition matches the description in the sales form, we will transfer the offered amount according to the original price estimate. In situations where the actual condition of the phone deviates from that stated in the form, the price will be adjusted accordingly. We will contact you via email and notify you of the revised price. If you agree to the new price, we will proceed with the payment accordingly. If you do not accept the adjusted price, your phone will be returned to you at no cost. Please note that the initial price estimate is valid for two weeks from the time you filled in the sales form. With this in mind, we ask that you send your phone to us within this timeframe.

If the repair costs exceed the value of the phone or if the phone is so old that future updates cannot be implemented, we will not make a purchase.
