Yay! You can choose to split your payments on your phone with Klarna over 3, 6 or 12 months.

The payment for your purchase of your Renewed phone is handled by Klarna and is therefore separate from the payment of your Vimla subscription. Via Klarna, you can either pay for the entire phone at once or choose to split the payment over 3, 6 or 12 months.

You pay for your Vimla subscription by card via Stripe or invoice via Billogram. You can change your payment method by logging in to mitt.vimla.se or in Vimla's app.

All phones are carefully checked, factory reset and refurbished if necessary. Renewed also performs a quality check on all phones and ensures that your phone is whole and clean before it reaches your hands.

If you choose a brand new number, you will see which number you have received in the email confirmation that you will receive from Vimla shortly. Watch out!

You will receive your SIM card within 1-5 working days.

Your old subscription is automatically canceled on the same day that your number is transferred to us.

Nope. Vimla's SIM cards are really smart and have three sizes in the same card. You print out the size of the SIM card that fits your phone. Usually it is the very smallest size that fits the Renewed phones.

If you are a student or 55+, you choose one of these subscriptions after you have chosen your phone.

For children's subscriptions, you choose a regular subscription and then email kampanj@vimla.se with your desired surfing level.
