Good condition = A nice product with some signs of use. Moderate wear, including visible scratches, scuffs or small dents. The screen may have several small scratches but no cracks or serious damage. Battery health at 80-100%. Same functionality as if you were buying a factory new product.  

OK condition = A product with clear signs of use, including deeper scratches, noticeable dents or scuffs. The screen may have multiple scratches but is fully functional. Battery health of 80-100%. Same functionality as if you were buying a brand new product.
